Prepwell™ ("we", "our", or "the app"), a product of Prepwell Nutrition LLC, is a meal planning and nutrition tracking application. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We believe you have a right to know exactly what happens with your information.
Geographic scope. Prepwell is offered solely to users in the United States. We do not knowingly serve users in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions outside the United States. If you are accessing Prepwell from outside the United States, please discontinue use.

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with security rules that restrict access to your own account. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not store payment information directly — subscription billing is handled by Apple or Google through their respective app stores.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days.
Prepwell is intended for users 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from individuals under 17.
If you are under 17, please do not use Prepwell or submit any personal information to us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a user under 17 without verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will delete that information and terminate the associated account as soon as reasonably possible.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 17 has provided personal information to Prepwell, please contact us at privacy@prepwellnutrition.com and we will take prompt steps to delete the information.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), Prepwell does not target users under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also have rights related to data portability or restricting processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights and we'll respond within 30 days.
Our website uses minimal cookies for functionality (session management, preferences). We use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns such as which features are used most, common navigation flows, and session frequency. Analytics events are tied to a Firebase-generated user identifier and are not used to build advertising profiles or sold to third parties.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
