Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. There are two ways to delete your Prepwell account. Deleting from inside the app is immediate. Requesting by email is processed within 30 days.

Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)

1. Open Prepwell and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel that in your Apple or Google account settings so you are not billed again.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, enter the email address on your Prepwell account below. The button opens a pre-filled email to privacy@prepwellnutrition.com. We confirm within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Account information: Your email address, display name, and authentication credentials.
• Profile data: Fitness goals, dietary preferences, allergies, calorie and macro targets, household size, and workout schedule.
• Meal plans: All generated weekly meal plans and shopping lists.
• Meal logs: All logged meals, nutrition entries, and daily tracking data.
• Recipe data: Saved recipes, ratings, and ingredient preferences.
• Push notification tokens: Device tokens used for sending notifications.

What We Do Not Retain

After deletion, we do not retain any of your personal data. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (which cannot be linked back to you) may be retained for product improvement purposes. No photos from meal analysis are stored. These are processed in real time and discarded immediately.
