How does the free trial work?
Every Premium feature is open for your first 7 days. The trial runs through your App Store or Google Play account. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged; you'll keep the free plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Unless you cancel, the subscription you chose starts and renews automatically. If you cancel, you drop to the free plan: 2 meal plans a week, 3 swaps a week, and unlimited Instacart ordering.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, then the free plan continues.
Is grocery ordering really free?
Instacart ordering is free for every user, with no weekly cap from Prepwell. Instacart's own delivery or service fees may apply at checkout. Premium adds direct Kroger and Harris Teeter ordering at loyalty prices.
Is Prepwell on iOS and Android?
Yes, Prepwell is on iPhone and Android in the United States, for ages 17 and up.
Are the prices in the app exact?
Prices in the app are estimates to plan around. Stores and partners set the final price, and your total is confirmed at checkout with them. Macros and calories are estimates too.
